Welcome to Life Enhancement Services, where we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community. Our team provides comprehensive Assessments, Outpatient Services, and a robust Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program to support individuals on their journey to wellness and recovery. COMMUNITY BASED INTERVENTION

This service is a family-focused, culturally competent and community based model providing time limited, intensive services to help improve the lives of children with complex needs and reduce the need of more restrictive settings including and especially out of home placements.

This is a face-to-face service that assists the client in restoring or strengthening skills needed to promote independence and stability. Clinical models and Evidenced Based Practices are used to increase consumers ability to modify negative behaviors, reduce symptoms of mental illness, and improve their overall quality of life.

DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT

A Diagnostic Assessment is an intensive clinical and functional face-to-face evaluation of a client’s mental health, developmental disability, or substance abuse condition. This results in the issuance of a Diagnostic/Assessment report with a recommendation regarding whether the recipient meets entrance criteria, and includes an order for Enhanced Benefit services that provides the basis for the development of an initial person centered Treatment Plan. The assessment will be reviewed and signed by two Licensed Professionals.

TF-CBT is an evidenced-based program with the goal of symptom reduction for youth who have been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and/or have behavioral difficulties stemming from sexual abuse or other traumas.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Medical interventions that include assessments, prescriptions, supervision or administration of mental-health related medications, monitoring and interpreting results of laboratory diagnostic procedures that are related to psychotropic medications. Services include monitoring the side effects and interactions of medication and the adverse reactions which a consumer may experience and providing education and direction for symptom and medication self-management.

A collaboration process with the client where they decide the course of treatment. They are provided with developmentally appropriate, appealing services and supports. The family are important key players are instrumental participants who help the process in moving the client towards self-sufficiency and successful achievement of their goals.
