Day Rehab
This service is a family-focused, culturally competent and community based model providing time limited, intensive services to help improve the lives of children with complex needs and reduce the need of more restrictive settings including and especially out of home placements.
This is a face-to-face service that assists the client in restoring or strengthening skills needed to promote independence and stability. Clinical models and Evidenced Based Practices are used to increase consumers ability to modify negative behaviors, reduce symptoms of mental illness, and improve their overall quality of life.

Diagnostic Assessments
​A Diagnostic Assessment is an intensive clinical and functional face-to-face evaluation of a client’s mental health, developmental disability, or substance abuse condition. This results in the issuance of a Diagnostic / Assessment report with a recommendation regarding whether the recipient meets entrance criteria and includes an order for Enhanced Benefit services that provides the basis for the development of an initial person-centered Treatment Plan.
TIP rehab often refers to Targeted Interventions Program (TIP) rehabilitation. It is a program or framework designed to provide targeted mental health interventions, particularly for individuals experiencing significant challenges like mental illness, substance use, or behavioral issues. While similar models are applied to adults, TIP frameworks are frequently used for youth and young adults, addressing issues such as:

Targeted Intervention Program
(Ages 14 - 29)
Medication Management
Medical interventions that include assessments, prescriptions, supervision or administration of mental-health related medications, monitoring and interpreting results of laboratory diagnostic procedures that are related to psychotropic medications.
Services include monitoring the side effects and interactions of medication and the adverse reactions which a consumer may experience and providing education and direction for symptom and medication self-management.
Substance Use Disorder Rehabilitation is a clinical term used to describe a condition where an individual struggles with the recurrent use of alcohol, drugs, or other substances, leading to significant impairment in health, daily functioning, or relationships.
